Godiva Environmental Services offer a free asbestos abatement consultancy service for asbestos surveying. Working with one of our UKAS Accredited Partners, who, in line with current legislation and approved codes of practise, can provide rates for asbestos surveys and management plans to ensure you are conforming to the Control of Asbestos in Non-domestic Premises regulations.

We take a sample of suspect material and send to the lab for analysis, once the results are back we confirm or otherwise the make-up of the material and depending on the outcome, speak to you about the options you have. This is all done within the guidance of HSG264. Without the test and confirmation that the material is clear of contamination the law states that you must assume that it does contain asbestos.

We can advice you on removal or encapsulation, the potential effects on your business processes, your workforce and other stake holders including the general public. We can discuss working hours, access and egress, potential costs, the projected plan of work and any potential risks involved.
